As of May 2001, California has no quarantine restrictions on Ohio grown, bare root daylily plant material.  However, my California customers should be aware that their daylily shipment may be delayed by California agriculture authorities.  We ship Priority mail, which has a 2-3 day delivery policy.  Even though we comply with California Agriculture laws, and are inspected by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, California reserves the option to open any shipment that contains plant material.
